Chameleon

According to Sir David Attenborough there are 85 different chameleon species.

Chameleons change color through specialized cells called chromatophores. These cells contain pigments that can be dispersed or concentrated, altering the skin’s color. Chameleons have multiple layers of chromatophores, By manipulating these cells, chameleons can rapidly change color for communication, temperature regulation, and camouflage.
