If you ever find yourself doubting science, the utility of taxonomic classification, or efficacy of peptides step on a yellow jacket nest.

A two sting dose of waspkinin peptides was all that was required to remind me of acute pain, vasodilation, vascular permeability and edema.

I am definitely not looking forward to the latter effects of the venom including: phospholipases and hyaluronidases that will further breakdown membranes in my wrist and shin as they chemically react to my physiology to further increase the diffusion of the venom.
