I think so. First to clarify all of the conservative judges, including the female one with enough sadism to adopt Haitian children (see their equality) and them use her “law” to wound their ancestors– an entire group of people because a Racist King told them to.
Racism is not erasable with plaudits or sleazy words like the debtor, who has no credit, Alito panders. Racism is not standing up for the simple clarifying truth that every person is sacred and worthy of protection.
Racism is using one’s power to harm for coin, the precedent of Judas. Not because Haitians are Christians, but because they came here as vulnerable children of God fleeing persecution for sins that overwhelmingly had nothing to do with them personally.
TPS was a good law when for all. Without being for all it’s just another presidential pardon for the Racist King to classify his people with. White South Africans, ancestors of Apartheid engineering, come on in. Black Haitians that established the model for ending slavery, get out.
Beyond the history though, TPS was a good law when it respected the precedent of this country that we are the Republic where freedom is respected. When a group comes here under TPS the law determines they warrant protection, There never has been a law to send them back to their death.
There is now. The racist King Trump and his warlock executioner Miller have reengineered TPS into a new weapon to hurt people using a New Code Noir , the racist judges used their “law” to sanction it. Moral bankruptcy is the least of their sins.
If we actually had a real legal system then Racist Presidents and Judges would be held responsible for all of their odious crimes. Unfortunately, all we have is a debtors prison, where morally bankrupt criminals sit in judgement to protect their Racist gang.
Now observing this insanity all I can do is complain. I accept my limitations. Still I have hope a moral renaissance will return to our legal system, and all life will be sacred again in America too.
