East-West Cooperation
1. Present focus on military hegemony increases inflation
2. Cooperate to make modern nuclear cheaper than gas
Actions to Restore Cooler Climate
1. 1.5 C limit long dead; 2 C is on deathbed.
2. Initiate preparations to restore energy balance.
