Existential Threats — fact check that please

Correction my reporter friends. President Clinton and Obama negotiated peace agreements without leveling countries and single handily executing government leaders they disagreed with. If Iran was suddenly sprinting for ballistics then maybe Trump should have sent a better negotiating team than his son-in-law and a buddy.

Every one, including myself, is somewhat happy this Iranian government is vaporized. Yes less drones in Ukraine would be nice. None of that is promised though.

I read Not Without My Daughter after the Ayatollah took power. I know what Iran did in Iraq. He was terrible, but you know what else stopped him from killing Americans. Americans going to Iran stopped him. He was never a threat to us.

It does not matter that Trump and Netanyahu executed a bad government and Putin attacked a good government.

If our President can dial up death from above whenever he wants we are no different than Russia. Trump did the exact same thing as Putin did. This is not the same thing as killing Osama bin Laden either. That was one compound, one seal team, and a man who had killed thousands of Americans.

No one should celebrate this. We can’t kill everyone who hates us. Peace is the only way forward, and we need to vote this American nightmare out of office because he will keep doing this if we don’t.

Let him stay in Mar a Lago and play golf, Trump is the existential threat and God will judge him for this too. No one should conflate the facts. Even the tyrants will be leveraged against him, because God’s commandments were clear.

The same goes for international order. Trump and Netanyahu didn’t save us or Iran today, he shamed us all and made the world even more dangerous.
