Who doesn’t love antiques? Old stuff is elegant and meaningful and given a little shine looks great in a curio cabinet. At TEH we are enamored with old typewriters and computational machines. Do they still work? Nope.
Political Representation should not be a relic. I have too much 💩 cramming my memory to hold any more statistics. However I can still relay the thrust of this article.
We the people are no longer governed properly.
What that means is we vote, nothing good comes around after. We live where there are opportunities and people we jive with and the cost is rights to live in a representative democracy. Right?
What? You’re telling me today 1 representative per 700,000 people on average?
Why can’t we all allocate correct? We sell the stuff or run the gig economy for pennies, and scoure cereal boxes for roaches before adding milk. Now our cities are burning, our water has sewage or gas in it. Our air stinks and chokes us for several months. We live in chaos and yet the politicians load the machine on our back every election and make us rally the masses.
Our President is a convicted felon billionaire who mocks us behind our backs and lies to our faces. Our representatives could care less about our needs and dreams, so what can we do? The highest court of the land isn’t just.
How about we take back your government through nonviolent organizational movements. We have the people and everyone of them has a phone always within reach by their side with better tech than the Apollo rockets. Let’s go. Bootstrap it.
