In a press release, the director general (DG), Ministry of Health,
North Kordofan state, has announced the registry of 314 dengue fever
cases with 2 deaths in 3 localities of the state. The DG has appealed
for the community leaders and local NGOs to be involved in the control
activities of the vector through raising the awareness of their local
communities about the disease.
