A total of 13 more new dengue cases were reported in the 24 hours
leading up to Thursday morning [3 Apr 2025], bringing the total number
of cases to 1890 this year [2025].

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), new
cases were reported as follows, 2 in Dhaka Division (out of city
corporation) and 11 in Barishal Division (out of city corporation).

The number of deaths remained at 13, with no new fatalities reported
during this period.

Currently, 55 dengue patients are receiving treatment in hospitals
across the country.

Last year [2024], dengue claimed the lives of 575 people and there
were 101 214 dengue cases, also 100 040 recoveries in the same year.
