According to Turkish media, several cases of measles were registered
in Igdir province, eastern Turkey, which were thought to have been
contracted from Syrian or Afghani residents. The governmental hospital
Nowruz Erez has erected triage tents to isolate the suspected cases
while prophylactic vaccination was commenced.
