Listen y’all. I loved The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Twenty years ago I became an Epidemiologist because of the CDC. The CDC paid for my MPH. The CDC trained the DoD Epi Consults that trained me as an Epidemiologist 2. I worked with the CDC for the two pandemics of my lifetime AND I say all this because today as far as I know the CDC has passed on. The U.S. CDC is over, sell the building, shut down the servers.
If you think this makes every American less safe at a time of unknown risk about infectious disease hazards you would be correct. The only hope now is that the American people remember who put them in this position.
